Registration Steps

Step 1 : Fee Details - Participating members may register as per the charges

Step 2 : Mail Bank Statement & Registration Form - Once the payment is done, email the scanned or screenshot of successful transaction proof and Registration Form in PDF format and send it to info@iaisr.com

Step 3 : Prepare for Paper Submission - Please note that all the documents must adhere to the guidelines. They must be sent in DOC or DOCX format only. All the guidelines are available on the Author guidelines page.

Registration Guidelines:

  • All participants are required to register for the conference in order to attend the event. To register, please visit the official conference website and click on the "Registration"
  • Participants are required to pay the conference registration fee in order to complete the registration process. The fee can be paid online via credit card or bank transfer.
  • Once the registration fee has been paid, you will be prompted to fill out the registration form, which includes your personal and professional information.
  • The registration form and the payment proof of successful completion screenshot are to be submitted to the conference coordinator's email address that is mentioned on the conference website.
  • After submitting the payment proof and registration form, you will receive a confirmation email for registration acknowledgement
  • Participants will receive a final confirmation email with details on how to access the conference materials, including the program schedule and presentation guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

IAISR understands that unforeseen circumstances may require participants to cancel their registration. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines:

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Before 60 days of the event: 75% refund (minus processing fees)
    • Between 30–60 days of the event: 50% refund (minus processing fees).
    • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided
  • Transfer of Registration: If unable to attend, participants may transfer their registration to another individual with prior approval.
  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend the event without prior notice.
  • Event Cancellation: If IAISR cancels the event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
